Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied you may return goods to Morex within ten (10) business days from date of receipt.
Morex is not responsible after goods are cut. Please count all shipment upon receipt. All claims must be made within ten days of receipt
of goods. Shortages must be reported immediately.
It is the buyer's responsibility to test the received fabric before cutting to meet the specific requirements and application: performance,
standards applications especially for color-fastness, shrinkage, sewability, stretch, weight/yield, and general appearance. No
merchandise is returnable without authorization given by Morex to Buyer. No returns shall be accepted or allowed after goods have
been cut. No allowances, deductions, returns, or claims will be accepted after ten (10) days of receipt of goods. Seller makes no
warranty or merchantability or fitness of the fabric for any specific purpose unless expressly specified.
